OUR COVID-19 POLICY
According to the most recent BC province-wide regulations, indoor gatherings of 50 people or less are permitted. The regulations also state that a vaccine card is not required to enter hotels or participate in organized indoor events of under 50 people. Therefore guests will not be required to provide proof of vaccination on entry to the retreat, nor will be be asking guests prior to joining us.
Please note that in joining us on the retreat, we are taking all action required to us by law to make this experience enjoyable and suitable for all of us. By joining, you agree to adhere to your own standards in addition to the law and make it a safe and comfortable environment for all parties, no matter their experience or stance on the current situation.
Please note; any additional activities you participate in, not put on by Soul Atrium will have their own covid protocols.
THE STEPS WE HAVE TAKEN: The retreat has deliberately been capped at 12 people (plus staff) to keep the gathering small. Hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations will be readily available to participants. High touch surfaces and self-service areas will be sanitized before/after entry. We may ask you to adhere to masks/sanitary requirements when applicable
WE ASK THAT YOU: Try to stay seated for the majority of the event unless required to stand as part of the event. Please also try to remain in the same seat for the duration of the event.
We ask that you are respectable to all parties involved and do not discriminate based on varied opinions.
